In this episode, I will talk about achieving your goals and having fun while attaining them. It has been our tradition to set out goals and resolutions at the beginning of each year. Let's be honest; most of these goals and changes we strictly follow for a few weeks or months at the beginning of the year. Most of the time, we lose focus, forget, or give up on them as we slowly and sometimes unconsciously return to what's familiar and comfortable to us.
When setting roadmaps to our goals and the changes we want to attain, we have to be mentally in the right place. If we are in a positive state mentally and spiritually, our desire to better ourselves will come through naturally and make the journey enjoyable.
